Sally O'Brien has worked at The Badger Group since 1988. She purchased the company from her father upon his retirement in 2013.

Conor Brown
CEO
Rockford Area Realtors

 

 As a local governmental affairs director, Brown served the Belvidere Board of REALTORS®, the Heartland REALTOR® Organization, the REALTOR® Association of Northwestern Illinois and the Rockford Area REALTORS®. He also served as the regional manager for member outreach. He worked for Illinois REALTORS® for 12 years.

Prior to working for Illinois REALTORS®, Brown served as manager of government affairs for the Rockford Chamber of Commerce. Before that, he worked for four years as senior legislative assistant for former U.S. Rep. Donald Manzullo in Washington, D.C.

  Michelle has worked for IRMI since 2014. Prior to joining IRMI, she worked for State Farm for over 20 years.

  Doug Dvorak is the Vice President of Product Innovation for Enquiron. 

 

 

Kristin Olson
Director of Communications
Cooperative Network

  Kristin Olson serves as the Director of Communications at Cooperative Network, where she is responsible for member communication, public relations, social and print media, marketing, and promotion. Previously, Kristin served as the organization’s Membership Support and Education Coordinator, in charge of membership services, communication, and educational programming.

Kristin brings nearly ten years of experience in agricultural communications, marketing, and media relations. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison earning a degree in life science communications and was active in numerous agriculture campus organizations such as the National Agri-Marketing Association and Badger Dairy Club. As the 66th Alice in Dairyland in 2013, Kristin traveled throughout the state to serve as the premier spokesperson for Wisconsin agriculture. Prior to joining Cooperative Network last October, she served as Media Relations Manager for World Dairy Expo.

Kristin grew up in Fond du Lac with her family’s small dairy herd of show cattle. She remains active in her community, serving as Vice President of the UW-Madison Association of Women in Agriculture Benefit Corporation, Co-Coordinator of the Dane County Breakfast on the Farm, volunteering with the Wisconsin Holstein Association, singing in her church choir and cheering on her favorite Wisconsin sports teams.
