Personnel Seminar

June 6 & 7, 2017  

Registration Fee: $100 | Registration deadline is May 31, 2017.

Tuesday: Dinner will be provided for attendees.

Wednesday:  Breakfast will be provided for attendees.  No lunch provided.

Hotel Reservations: Reservations can be made at Holiday Inn & Suites Madison West, 1109 Fourier Drive, Madison, WI 53717, (608) 826-0500.  The room block expires May 10, 2017 so please reserve your rooms today.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in our office 6 business days before the seminar are fully refunded; after that, a $25 fee will be charged. No refunds will be given unless the WAMIC office is notified 24 hours before the start of the seminar.

Late Fee: All registrations received in our office after the registration deadline of May 31, 2017 will be subject to a $25.00 late fee.
